Ingrediente:
6 oua, 250g zahar, un pahar rom.

Mod de preparare:
Se separa albusurile de galbenusuri. Se pun galbenusurile cu zaharul si romul intr-o cratita la foc potrivit. Se amesteca continuu cu o lingura de lemn pana se ingroasa crema. Atunci se retrage de pe foc crema se se adauga cele 6 albusuri batute spuma. Se amesteca repede, pana ce devine o crema omogena.
Se serveste in cupe.
