Ingrediente:
1 kg. boabe naut, 400 gr. patrunjel, 6 catei de usturoi, 4 cepe, 4 lingurite chimen, 6 lingurite apa, 2 lingurite sare, 1 lingurita boia iute, 1/2 lingurita piper, 1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu.

Mod de preparare:
Nautul se acopera cu apa si se lasa la inmuiat pana a doua zi. A doua zi se da de doua ori prin masina de tocat impreuna cu ceapa, patrunjelul si usturoiul. Pasta rezultata se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente. Se fac bilute mici rotunde si se prajesc in ulei incins sau chipsiera.Se serveste cu cartofi prajiti, cu sos thina si shug sau mujdei de usturoi.
