Hamsii cu usturoi

Ingrediente pentru 4-6 portii:
1 kg hamsii, o cana ulei de masline, 2 lamai, zeama de la, 6 catei de usturoi tocat,  o lingura oregano, sare, piper.

Mod de preparare:
Se curata hamsiile si se indeparteaza capetele. Se spala bine si se scurg. Se asaza apoi pe o tava de cuptor, se sareaza, se pipereaza si se stropesc cu zeama de lamaie. Se presara usturoi, oregano si se stropesc cu ulei. Se da tava la cuptor, la 170C timp de 25 de minute.
