Ingrediente :
2 linguri mustar iute de Dijon, 1/2 lingurita sare, 1/2 lingurita piper negru macinat, 2 linguri otet de vin alb, 1/3 cana ulei de floarea soarelui, 1/3 cana frunze de patrunjel tocate, 1/2 cana marar proaspat, tocat, 2 lingurite muraturi dulci tocate foarte marunt.

Mod de preparare :
Se combina muatarul, sarea, piperul, otetul si uleiul intr-un castron. Se amesteca bine. Se adauga ierburile tocate si muraturile. Se acopera si se lasa sa stea, ca sa se dezvolte aromele, minim o ora.
