Amestecul mai este numit si "pudra de chutney iute".

Ingrediente:
o lingura seminte schinduf, 20 ardei iuti rosii, o lingura seminte mustar, 1/4 lingurita asafoetida, o lingura sare

Mod de preparare:
Se prajesc toate ingredientele, cu exceptia sarii, in putin ulei, 2-3 minute. Se macina spoi si se amesteca cu sarea.
Pulberea rezultata este folosita pentru a asezona diferite chutney-uri cu rosii, vinete, tamarind, castravete etc.
