   Se freaca un galbenus de ou fiert tare cu 100 ml ulei, sare, piper, dupa gust, preparandu-se o maioneza clasica, la care se adauga o lingura de mustar, un castravecior murat, curatat de coaja si tocat marunt, o ceapa mica, taiata cat mai fin, 2 linguri iaurt, o lingura smantana si albusul fiert, maruntit bine. Se amesteca totul pentru omogenizare. Se foloseste la salatele cu carne de pui sau de vita, dar este foarte potrivit si la salatele cu legume fierte.
