Mod de Preparare :

Se fierb 4 oua tari si se curata de coaja, apoi se taie fiecare ou in doua, pe lungime. Se scoate cu atentie galbenusul si se freaca cu putin ulei, sare, 3-4 linguri de branza telemea rasa si putin usturoi tocat. Din aceasta compozitie, se formeaza globuri care se aseaza pe fiecare jumatate de albus.
