Mod de Preparare:

Se fierb oua rascoapte, iar dupa ce s-au racit, se taie in doua cu coaja cu tot. Cojile se pastreaza intacte si se goleste cu atentie continutul. Se toaca marunt, se freaca cu o bucatica de unt, marar tocat, sare, piper si ceapa rasa. Se umplu cojile cu acest amestec si apoi se coc ouale la cuptor intr-o tava unsa cu ulei, cu umplutura in jos.
