Omleta de ciuperci

Ingrediente :
codite de ciuperci, 2 linguri ulei, o ceapa verde, 2 oua, patrunjel si marar tocat, sare, piper.

Mod de preparare :
Codutele ciupercilor se fierb in apă clocotita cu sare, apoi se taie lame. In ulei incins calim ceapa, dupa care adaugam ciupercile, inabusindu-le cu putina apa in care au fiert. Cand sunt moi si scazute, punem ouale batute bine, patrunjelul, mararul, sarea necesara si piperul, dupa gust.
Se servesc calde.
